I will:

Network the entire Realtor community, including Long Realty offices.
Set up a marketing schedule.
Advise and assist you with improving your property’s appeal.
Market your property on the Internet.

With the word out and your home ready, I will then:

Promptly arrange for Long Realty agents to see your property.
Place a For Sale sign on the property.
Arrange for an MLS tour for other Realtors.
Follow up with all salespeople who have shown the property.
Keep you regularly updated on the current market, encouraging you to call at any time.
Exchange ideas for your property’s successful marketing at our office sales meetings.

I will also:

Offer every assistance in negotiating and facilitating the contract of sale.
Follow through on the contract and contingencies until closing.
Facilitate the closing.
